Pre-Application Advice & Feasibility Studies

We undertake research to provide the necessary background information to inform your new proposal and then prepare options either for initial discussions (pre-application) with the Council or to help you to choose how to go forward.  We assess relevant planning policies so that we can help you to pursue schemes which will have a good chance of success.  Our Architectural team will produce clear drawings which can be worked up for submission.
